Joy is not a compromise.

Whether trying out for the first time or captaining a varsity team, our student-athletes know they must bring energy, focus and commitment. More than 65% of our students compete on interscholastic teams, and many are multisport athletes. Teamwork, determination, leadership—the seeds sewn on the athletic field yield strong, confident young women.
We field varsity, JV and middle school teams in 13 sports, with an award-winning coaching staff. Our Athletic Department supports all students with a full curriculum in sports, fitness, nutrition and health and wellness.
Love your team, love your sport—and be fierce as only a Tiger can be.

Holy Child competes in the Independent School League. Many of our student-athletes have received All-ISL and All-Met honors, and several each year commit to playing varsity sports at the collegiate level.

Our coaching staff includes experienced teaching and nonteaching faculty, all with a passion for athletics and a heart for the Holy Child community.

Serving as role models, 10 of our coaches were college athletes whose experience and passion inspire student-athletes to reach their full potential, both on and off the field
