In 1987, the first Alumna of the Year Award was presented to Patricia White Radle, class of 1965. Since then, every year, the award has been given to a Holy Child alumna for outstanding service to the community, for fortitude and commitment to improving the quality of life of others, and for exemplifying the ideals and character of Connelly School of the Holy Child.

Since 2019, the awardee chosen has been an alumna from one of the milestone reunion years being celebrated. This year we are celebrating the 3s and 8s. We encourage our alumnae to nominate a candidate. The Award is presented at Girls Night Out during Alumnae Week. Please submit your nomination for Alumna of the Year no later than March 20. Please note submissions may only be made by Holy Child Potomac alumnae.
