Admissions Process

To apply for grades 6-11 at our private school for girls, you will need to create an account in our admissions portal.

To set up a visit for 9th grade, fill out an inquiry form. To set up a visit to our all-girls, private middle school, you will need to create an account in our admissions portal. Explore visit opportunities here or contact admissions at admissions@holychild.org  with any questions.

Submit everything through your admissions portal.  

Middle School (grades 6–8): The application and supporting documents are due Friday, January 16, 2026.   

Upper School (grades 9–12): The 9th grade application is due Friday, December 5, 2025. Supporting documents are due Friday, December 12, 2025. Candidates must also choose a date through the admissions portal to sit for the Holy Child Admission Strength Assessment.  Grade 10-12 applications are due June 1, 2026. 

For upper school applications, each student will be interviewed by a member of our admissions team.

Submit official transcripts for your student’s current and previous year of school. Transcripts should come directly from your current school to Holy Child.  

Middle School Applicants: Transcripts are due by Friday, January 16, 2026.  

Upper School Applicants: Transcripts are due by Friday, December 12, 2025.  

Transcript request forms are in the admissions portal.

Completed recommendation forms should come directly to Holy Child from your student’s current school.

We understand the cost of a Holy Child tuition can be daunting, but don’t let that stop you from applying. We promise to partner with you to make a Holy Child education affordable. We encourage parents to apply for need based financial aid and applicants to apply for merit-based scholarships. We want you to experience what joy can do!
