Financial Aid

It is with great pride that we are able to offer limited financial assistance to families who might not otherwise be able to afford a Holy Child education for their daughters. For new families applying for financial aid for the first time,  to apply for need-based financial aid for your daughter, please complete the following steps:

1. Complete a Holy Child application for financial aid.  A signed copy of your  IRS 1040 form, and any appropriate schedules, should accompany this application and be returned to Holy Child. For 9th grade applicants, please return the information listed above
2. Complete the Parents’ Financial Statement (PFS) and mail it to School and Student Service for Financial Aid (SSS) or go to www.nais.org and click on SSS Online, to apply online.  Request that Holy Child be a recipient of the processed statement; our school code is 2564.

  • In cases of separation or divorce, both parents must file a Parents’ Financial Statement and submit the appropriate tax information.

  • Financial aid awards are made based on demonstrated need and the availability of funds. Parents of all students who receive financial aid for the current school year must re-apply for financial aid for each subsequent year. Every effort is made to meet the financial needs of families.

  • By signing th PFS electronically, parents indicate that they have filled out the PFS with the best available knowledge and you agree to informing the school of any changes to your financial situation.  Any variance from this could jeopardize a student's financial aid grant.
For current Holy Child families receiving Financial Aid and who are applying for Financial Aid for the next academic year, letters will be mailed in early November.

There are many community, religious and civic organizations who can provide educational financial assistance to students who meet their eligibility requirements. Listed below are a few financial resources.
