| Service Project at Women's Shelter |  | |  | | | All are invited to join this spring's Fathers Club volunteer project, preparing and serving lunches and dinner to the homeless and otherwise needy women at the Wilkins Avenue Women's Assessment Center. | Annual Congressional Art Show |  | |  | | | We are pleased to announce that this year we have FOUR students' work appearing in the Annual Congressional Art Competition. More than 260 local students submitted works; the jurors selected 95 pieces for exhibition. Congressman Chris Van Hollen will present certificates to these students at a reception on MONDAY, APRIL 30, from 7:00 to 8:30 p.m. at VisArts. All are welcome.

| ISL TOURNAMENTS--SOFTBALL PLAYS AT HOME |  | |  | | | Varsity softball begins their ISL tournament challenge with a HOME GAME vs. Stone Ridge FRIDAY, MAY 11 at 5:30 p.m. Come out and cheer the Tigers.
(If win, next game would be vs. SSSA at Madeira on Saturday at 11 a.m.; the championship game would be Sunday.)
Lacrosse plays Saturday at 11:00 a.m. at SSSA. Second round game will be Sunday at 1:00 p.m. at Episcopal; championship is likely on Wednesday.

Shannon has a section in the book about her years at Holy Child, and how they made her know that, even as a girl, "she could do anything." Now living in Madison, Wisconsin, she is here as part of her national book tour, and will return in June for the Girl Scout 100th anniversary celebration. |  |
